FAQ:

Q:  How much lead time do you need?

A: I am a small company located on an island.  Because of these two facts,  I need a minimum of 6 weeks per 100 bags for my basic tote style bag.  At times, rush orders are possible.  Please contact me directly to inquire as to the availability of your particular deadline. 

Q:  How much deposit do you require? 

A:  I require a 50% deposit at the time the order is taken with the remainder due upon delivery.  Production will not begin without a deposit and signed agreement. 

Q:  Where do you get your coffee bags from?

A:  I personally visit each farm or co-op and hand select the coffee bags I use if they are from this island.  At times bags may be purchased from other Hawaiian Islands, in which case, I order them from the suppliers.   

Q:  I really like a particular bag, can I choose the coffee bags that will be used to make my bags?

A:  I will note your special requests, however, some bags are only available in small quantities and some may be out of print.  I will do my best to provide a nice variety to represent the farms on this island. 

Q:  What kind of lining will be in the bags?

A:  My bags have become highly recognized in part by the bold trendy fabrics that I choose to line my bags with.  Typically I choose a variety of aloha prints to remind guests of their island experience.   If you prefer a different theme, this will have to be discussed before my price is confirmed.  Once production has begun, no changes will be permitted. 

Q:  How big are your bags?

My "Deluxe Omiyage" is a roomy tote that measures 13" tall, 18" wide and 6" depth.  It can easily hold two beach towels, a couple bottles of water, sunscreen and a book!  It closes securely with a magnetic snap closure.  The heavy duty cotton webbing straps are 24" long.  Photo samples of this bag begin with "Heavenly Hawaiian" and end with "Kona Peaberry".

I also offer a smaller "gift bag" , my "omiyage" bag, which was designed to fit into a USPS medium flat rate box perfectly.  It will hold a pound of coffee, and other island treats.  It can then be used as a small purse or tote.  It measures 11x8x5 and has 22" straps.  It is reversible to the aloha print lining.  A sample of this bag is shown in the first three photos on the left. 

Market Tote-  I also offer a roomy market tote that has a hardboard bottom.  This bag would make a lovely gift when you are offering cooking classes or an iron chef team building event.  Fill it with an island cookbook, local spices including kona sea salt, an apron and chefs hat!   Give your guests a bag that they will actually USE when they return home!  It is a large tote designed to conveniently carry your groceries home in. It measures 10" x 13" and is 8 " tall. Much like the size of the hand-carry baskets available in most grocery stores.
