CORPORATE ORDERS
Q:  Tell me more about "corporate incentive" orders!
A:  I'd love to!  Each year 1000's of people who work for large companies are offered a sales incentive with the prize being a trip to Hawaii.  Usually they are treated like royalty and are even given gifts by their companies when they arrive to the islands.  If they are really lucky, someone from their company or a DMC (destination management company) arranged with me in advance to produce Sasaki Bags to offer as part of the gift package. 
 
Q:  What bags do you sell to corporate groups?
A:  Selection may be based on the size of the group and the amount of time I am given to complete the task.  But in the past, I have provided tote bags, amenity bags, backpacks, iPad bags, iPad sleeves, clutch purses, and even cosmetic bags.  Please contact me for a current price list. 
 
Q:  Are all of the bags made out of coffee bags?
A:  They can be, but it is not the only kind of bag that I make.  Contact me and tell me what you are thinking of.  I may have some suggestions and will try to get to know you better so that I can assure that you will be thrilled with the finished products. 
 
Q:  How much lead time do you need for corporate orders?
A:  That varies, but typically, I ask for a minimum of 6 weeks per 100 bags.  I have a busy little studio that produces several 100 bags a month, but most of those are for retail stores and my online stores.  The more time I am given in advance helps me not be neglectful of any of my other clients. 
 
Q: Do you deliver corporate orders?
A:  Part of the pricing I will give you includes storage and delivery to any hotel on the Kona/Kohala Coast.  If the bags are intended for an outer island, I gladly ship to any outer island via Fed Ex at your expense. 
 
SHIPPING
Q:  Do you ship to___________ (my country)? 
A:  I ship to most countries worldwide.  However, the shipping costs will vary from zone to zone.  If you want insurance added to your order, please notify me prior to making your purchase. 
 
Q:  What if I don't receive my package?
A:  I wish I could tell you that I control the postal service, however, it is one of the many many things in life that I have no control over.  I guarantee that I will ship your package and often am able to provide a tracking number for you, but it is out of my hands once my mailman picks it up and I do not offer refunds for undelivered parcels. 
 
Q:  What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A:  Hey!  I want happy customers!  If you ever purchase a ready made item that doesn't make you do the happy dance, please notify me by email right away and then package that item up and ship it on back to me in new condition within 3 days.  I will give you a full refund for the item, minus shipping expenses.  I value my customers and truly want you to be thrilled with your purchase.  I do not give refunds for custom orders, however.  That is why I try to take the time to work with you ahead of time to ensure there are no surprises when you receive your bag.  Custom orders are typically charged at a higher price than ready made items. 
 
CLEANING
Q:  How do I clean my bag?
A:  Please spot clean only.  Most of my bags are made from a variety of materials that could shrink at different rates if washed.  Please don't take a chance of ruining your beautiful bag!
